The RMPL Scholarship Program
The Rocky Mountain Philatelic Library is proud to sponsor a scholarship program named “Special Delivery of Dreams”. This scholarship is funded by philatelists and is targeted to philatelists and members of philatelic families!
With the ever-increasing cost of higher education and the continuing increase in education required to be successful in any chosen career, the RMPL is sponsoring four $2500 scholarships targeted to philatelists and their families. Two scholarships are available for 2-year college programs and Trade school students and two are available for students enrolled in four-year programs.

2024 Scholarship Winners
- From Elko, NV, mother of four children
- Pursuing degrees in English Language and Literature at Shasta College, intent on sharing literacy and literature with the world
- Stamp collector since age 10 because her great-grandfather shared his collection. She encourages her children to learn about stamps through pen pals and postcards
- Low-income, first-generation student
- From Fort Lauderdale, FL, single mother of three
- Pursuing a degree in Nuclear and Industrial Radiologic Technologies at Broward College
- Low-income, first-generation student

2023 Scholarship Winners
- Dream: Become a nurse and work with hospice patients, or in a drug and alcohol detox center. I know that I would make a difference because I have been an alcoholic and I had to watch my grandmother transition to end-of-life through hospice.
- Dream: Be the best pediatric Radiologic Technician and my drive comes from battling pediatric cancer with one of my children.
