The Rocky Mountain Philatelic Library is proud to sponsor a scholarship program named \u201cSpecial Delivery of Dreams\u201d.\u00a0 This scholarship is funded by philatelists and is targeted to philatelists and members of philatelic families!<\/p>

With the ever-increasing cost of higher education and the continuing increase in education required to be successful in any chosen career, the RMPL is sponsoring four $2500 scholarships targeted to philatelists and their families. Two scholarships are available for 2-year college programs and Trade school students and two are available for students enrolled in four-year programs.<\/p>
